1. Service

FitInView 3D ("the Service") generates 3D models (GLB format) from text descriptions or uploaded images of furniture. The Service is provided by FitInView.

2. Pricing & Payment

Each 3D model generation costs a one-time fee as displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. All prices include applicable taxes.

3. Refunds

If model generation fails, a full automatic refund is issued. For other issues, contact us at support@fitinview.com.

4. Usage Rights

You receive full rights to use generated 3D models in any project, commercial or personal. You may not resell the generation service itself.

5. Limitations

The Service uses AI and results may vary. We do not guarantee specific quality levels or exact accuracy to descriptions. Models are generated as-is.

6. Content Policy

You may not submit descriptions or images containing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to refuse service.

7. Data Retention

Generated models and reference images are stored for 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Your email is used only for order delivery.
